1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dukazote.co.ke ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

3. Account Registration

To place an order you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@dukazote.co.ke.

4. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
• We do not guarantee that all products will always be available.

5. Orders & Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) product unavailability, payment failure or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard and PayPal. Dukazote uses PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We are not liable for any bank charges incurred by the customer.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Dukazote is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Dukazote Kenya and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Dukazote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
