Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on the Track Order page using your Order ID.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
